NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
Ohmigosh how could Tammy do this to me. I spent my time falling in love with him. (okay no I didn't. it was like love when I first read his name) AND THEN SHE (don't read this part if you wanna read the book) KILLED HIM! OHMIGOSH WHY WOULD U DO THAT?!?!?
I spent a good 10 minuets sobbing into my pillow. Alex RIP. Charlie I hate you. You don't deserve Scout. Jase you're the worst brother ever. Go get your brain looked at and lock yourselves up in a mental ward. I HATE YOU!!!
I don't know if I can read the next two. Alex and Scout were perfect for each other. AND HE WAS KILLED IN FRONT OF HER!!! ON THEIR FIRST OFFICAL DATE!!! BY HER BROTHER!!!!!!!!!!!!
*If you can't tell, I am super mad.

I love the book it made me feel all of the emotions. And and and and and and the ending killed me. It kipped my heart out and then sat and farted on it. -_- I do not appreciate than by the way.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Scout and Alex
"Why did you come back here, then? Why risk it? Couldn’t you find a place where you wouldn’t have any other Packs to deal with?”
He cupped my face in his hands, his thumb gently brushing a snowflake from my eyelashes.
“You know why I came back.”
My heart started beating against my ribcage as if it was trying to break free. “The fried chicken they serve at The Farmhouse?”
“I came back for you, Scout.”
I had to say something. Something clever. Something dazzling. Something to make this moment perfect.
“I hope the snow sticks."
RIP Alex. We love you. <3
Oh here are the other two books.

#1 in the Shapeshifter Chronicles

Her hopes are pinned on a fresh start in a remote town far from her native Colorado. Among the locker filled hallways in Clark Bend High, Ana keeps to the shadows, not wanting to draw attention to her violet tinged lips and wilted silhouette. And she almost succeeds, until she meets Chance Morgan.

Struggling to keep up appearances, she soon suspects Chance is hiding something as well. His animal-like senses, miraculous healing ability and peculiar reaction to her Thunderbird necklace compels Ana to question if there’s more to the stories about his Navajo ancestry. Without any other explanation, she fears he is playing tricks on her. But the truth may prove too much for Ana’s delicate heart…

How to Date an Alien (My Alien Romance, #1)

High school senior Alex Bianchi's estranged father gets her an internship at Circe Operations Center to pad her college applications. But Circe isn't your typical military base. It's an alien-run operation center and not all of the aliens are friendly, especially the one that tries to kill Alex on her first day. When Ace, a dark-eyed Caltian, enters and saves the day, she can't help but be drawn to him. Can these star-crossed lovers survive when they're on the brink of intergalactic war?

*What I've gotten from this book thus far (bout halfway)---> Aliens overreact to everything, blondes are crazy, nerds got the hot aliens. Always. : Rating so far-2.75 stars*

#2

The Blessed (The Blessed, #1)

From the author of the New York Times bestselling ghostgirl series, the start to a captivating and haunting teen trilogy about three girls who become entangled with an enigmatic boy—a boy who believes he is a saint. What if martyrs and saints lived among us? And what if you were told you were one of them?

Meet Agnes, Cecilia, and Lucy. Three lost girls, each searching for something. But what they find is Beyond Belief.

*What I've gotten this far (like 2%) If you are seriously messed up your probably actually a saint. Holy dudes (like angels/devil...except they're not really holy) are 3 timing jerks that the saints don't actually think is a jerk: Rating so far--> like a 2*

#3

 Coexist (Keegan's Chronicles, #1)

Sixteen-year-old Keegan is struggling to keep her huge secret from her friends--she's an elf, descended from a long line of elves that live in secrecy alongside humans. In elfin society, mates are predetermined but not allowed to meet until they are eighteen. Against tradition, Keegan's brother Thaddeus told her Rourk's name because his visions warned him she'd need Rourk's protection, especially since Keegan will play a key role in the coming war between the dark and light elves.

Rourk finds himself drawn to Keegan's side every time she thinks his name. He wants to talk to her but remains in the shadows, silently guarding her every time she mentally beckons him. A twist of fate thrusts the two of them together when Rourk is forced to step up his protection and make his presence known. An ancient prophecy deeply entwines Keegan's family and the future of their society. Somehow they must find a way to thwart fate and win the battle...without losing Keegan. With war brewing, and dark forces aligning, will Keegan and Rourk ever have the life together that they both desire?

*What I've gotten this far--> Elves think they're the master at disguise but hey really really suck. Also they are self absorbed and think that they are like the only ones around and are super surprised to see dark elves and warlocks and sorcerers.. They are also hopeless romantics..The Rating do far: Like a 3.33333333

Rating: 2 Stars

My Splurge:
Okay so I've been on this kind of insane zombie romance craze lately. I was SO EXCITED when I saw this book in the school library but then (insert dramatic music here) this book crushed my hopes and dreams and did not live up even close to the hype.
If I had to describe this novel in one word it would be disappointment.

The book, to me, felt rushed and like the authors were forcing the words and ideas into my mind. Like someone was crawling in my mind and controlling my mental movie.
Another complaint- this book had no romance. Zip. Zero. Zilch. It had hinted and it several times but it NEVER HAPPENED. :(

Also the chapters were divided into the characters different points of views and it felt too scrambled.

The Cover:
I adore the cover. It is genius and amazing and perfect. It shows you the strength of each of the character. It gives each of them a sense of power. Oh and I love the zombies in the background. <3

Warring fae factions, attached to the creative communities of American society, are very much aware of the role this half-mortal, half-fae teenage girl plays in their fate.

Quickie Post

Hey all sorry I haven't posted in a bit. I just finished reading:

Angel Fire (Angel, #2)  Angel Fire (Angel, #2)

Information:

Angel Fire (#2)
By: L.A. Weatherly
636 Pages
Published January 24th 2012 by Candlewick Press
(first published October 1st 2011)

Summary:

In Book Two of L. A. Weatherly’s wildly romantic, action-packed trilogy, the angels are back with a vengeance . . . and they don’t have heaven in mind.

In the wake of the Second Wave, the angel menace has exploded, and Alex and Willow are on the lam. Willow’s prophetic dream points them to Mexico City, where they connect with a fledgling group of angel killers led by the exotically beautiful Kara, an Angel Killer from Alex’s past. But the team remains suspicious of Willow, even after the more-experienced Alex takes over as leader, training them hard for a rush attack on the Seraphic Council, or “The Twelve.” This elite group of all-powerful angels is also under the scrutiny of Willow’s angel-father, Raziel, who has his own sinister plan to defeat them.

What Willow hasn’t told Alex is that there was also a mysterious boy in her dream, one she felt overpoweringly attracted to. When brooding, gorgeous Seb shows up in the flesh, he turns out to be another—possibly the world’s only other—half angel. He’s been searching for Willow all his life, and when Alex enlists this rival to help keep Willow safe, he can’t predict what chemistry will pass between them . . . or how far Willow might go to keep Alex safe. Will their love endure or spell doomsday for the human race?
