Every week I'll be choosing a novel and assigning caffeinated drinks to some characters in it. I'll also be telling you either where to get or how to make said drink. Think coffee shops in Seattle and Houston, or products to make delicious beverages in the comfort of your own home.

Apple Cider Slushie. I’m a bit partial to the
location, but the Wostrel Family Orchard has a freaking killer apple slushie. Life altering. So, if you ever find yourself in
Nebraska, I would definitely recommend you find this perfect summer treat.
Spiced and fruity: it’s beyond yummy. There’s also this really awesome place
that sells apple slushies at Pike Market. Definitely try theirs as well. The Pike
Market place also has tastey pear slushies. Y’all, I really enjoy a good
slushy.
Arianna (Rain) Barrington
White Chocolate Mocha. Frothy and
heavy and deeeelicous. This drink is one of my go to treats when I feel like
spoiling myself. Which, granted, is something that is not entirely a rare occasion.
In Seattle, Cherry Street Coffee House has pastries that can be paired
wonderfully with said beverage of choice.
